Two videos that, if true, need to result in a police officer's termination.  No early retirement; he needs his tail fired.

A girl was in a panic, called 911 for help, and in her panic she let a cuss word slip.  The operator who answered lectured her instead of tending to her emergency.  Then he hung up.

Yes, the 911 operator hung up on an emergency.

When she went to go get help in person, they arrested her for swearing on 911, never mind the emergency still happening.
