FillRam
Purpose
Fills a memory region with a specified byte.

R0 - $02-$03 - The length of thtethe region.
R1 - $04-$05 - The address of the region.
R2L - $06 - The byte to fill the region with.
Description
A simple loop fills the memory region with the specified byte value.
